About Brian~

Brian’s obsession with finding the "magic" behind Sales Success started with a sales job he didn’t want. Driven by a need to pay bills and frustrated by the lack of sales training... he sought to find out on his own what was THE MAGIC that made the average sales person into the WILDLY SUCCESSFUL SALES PERSON. He hunted down the top sales people in his industry seeking to answer one important question…“what is the magic?” Only one month later, Brian was one of the top in his industry. In the years that followed, Brian's obsession with learning THE MAGIC of sales continued to grow. He honed his expertise and process and excelled as a Sales Leader, Motivator, and Coach across industries from financial to fitness...and from the phone to the kitchen table.

In 2013 Brian became Director of Talent Development, Sales, and Recruiting for one of Chicago’s fastest growing startups. Leaving the company in 2016 to create his own Independent Sales and Leadership training movement, The BOLDr Project. He created and implemented a fresh and BOLD sales training with companies and individuals seeking to improve process, gain clarity on their approach, refine their message, become aligned iwth the IMPACT they have on their clients lives, and be BOLDr in everything they do.

Brian lives in the south suburbs with his wife Meghan, 3 year old son Sawyer and 9 month old daughter Emerson, and their 17 year old rescue cat Zen.
